*Artwork files should be 300 dpi or greater, formats: .EPS, .AI, .PDF file.

2.) There is a Minimum quantity for Customized Orders on this item.

3.) A proof will be emailed to you prior to production or a pre-production sample will be sent for your approval before production.

4.) Delivery time is basis on your order quantity and will be calculated from next day after sample approved or proof approved time. 

5.) There are no refunds or returns on customized orders. Please read our related refunds / returns policy.
